2019 Limited Warranty

The Art of Boat Making is not just a slogan or catchy tag line. It is a way of life, and a commitment that we at MB SPORTS have made to ourselves, and to you.

There are no guarantees that you will never need to use your MB Warranty. But what is guaranteed, is that you will be treated fairly by a manufacturer / boat builder that cares about you, and is not interested in or sidetracked by the interests of faceless shareholders or a Board of Directors.

This warranty is for you — to provide confidence in the product and the experience you have purchased for your family. And we at MB SPORTS do not take that for granted.

WHAT IS COVERED AND FOR HOW LONG

LIFETIME STRUCTURAL LIMITED WARRANTY

The 2019 MB Sports Lifetime Limited Hull Warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair any Hull, Deck, Liner, or Stringer, supplied by MB Sports that is structurally defective in material or workmanship**.

UPHOLSTERY

MB Sports will repair or replace upholstery which is determined by MB Sports to contain manufacturing defects, for a period of 36 months from purchase**.

GELCOAT

MB Sports will repair materials or workmanship supplied by MB Sports, in applying the gel-coat finish to the boat, which are determined by MB Sports to contain substantial manufacturing defects, for a period of 12 months from purchase**. Exclusion:  Leaving boat sitting in water can readily cause “blistering”, and is therefore not covered under warranty.

ENGINE

Indmar Marine Products maintains it’s own warranty, independent of MB Sports. The engine warranty for 2019 MB Sports is for Five (5) years or 600 hours, for non-commercial use**.  This 5-Year Factory Warranty is fully transferable. There are no third parties or insurance involvement. The Raptor Series is an exclusive line-up that defies every challenge, especially the test of time.

TRAILER

MB Sports holds no responsibilities for any trailers sold with any 2019 MB model boat,

All new 2019 Boatmate Trailers offer 5-years of a 24/7 Roadside Assistance Plan, plus 5-year warranty protection covering following:  frame assembly, swing tongue, winch, jacks, rollers, actuators, axle structure, torsion suspension, vault lubrication system (includes seals and bearings), brake calipers, wiring harness and LED lights, plus 1-2 years on tires/wheels***.

AUDIO

2019 MB Sports models feature Exile Audio electronic and speaker components, which carry individual 1-year warranty coverage of defects in materials and workmanship. When Exile components are paired together exclusively, this warranty extends to 2-years.

TOWERS AND CANVAS

The MB Sports billet tower is manufactured by Skylon, and covered for a period of 3-years for manufacturing defects, including parts and labor**. Exclusion:  Powdercoating is purely cosmetic and is not covered under this warranty.

Commercial Sewing Boat Covers supplied with 2019 MB Sports models carry a 3-year warranty for manufacturing defect, excluding any damage to boat or cover resulting from towing with cover on boat**.

Tower Bimini’s are warrantied for a 1-year period, however, damage due to towing with Bimini open while towing on roadways is not covered under any circumstances.

TRANSFER WARRANTY

MB Sports offers a lifetime warranty transfer option on all 2019 models. A transfer fee of $500.00 (payable to MB Sports), will include the limited lifetime construction, and any portion of time remaining of both the initial 3-year base limited warranty, and 1-year limited gel-coat warranty**.

Indmar also offers a warranty transfer option, separate from MB, with a transfer fee of $800.00 (payable to Indmar).

Note:  Batteries are warrantied for 1-year from time of purchase.
